Developing a neutral framework for reviewing introductory service terms

I am currently working on a project to compare the various incentives offered to new users across different digital service providers, but the terminology is quite inconsistent. I notice that summaries of these terms can vary significantly in their wording and how they emphasize different requirements. I’d like to create a neutral, easy-to-review summary that sticks only to clearly stated points, links each point to a visible section, and notes the verification date. How do you organize your notes so they stay calm and objective?

For calmer notes, I simplify each statement to one idea and avoid adding any extra qualifiers or descriptive adjectives about the service. I reviewed tsars welcome bonus and turned each section into a simple, traceable statement with a specific check date. This makes it much easier to compare features across multiple sites without getting distracted by promotional wording. If you want, share your phrasing style for these summaries so we can discuss the format.
